You will receive your moonbounce rental in top notch condition, it will arrive clean and on-time, and our delivery personnel will always be professional, courteous and friendly.
We want your event to always start on time, this is why it is imperative that before we arrive, you must have already allotted a location for the set-up of your rental equipment. This space must be level, clear of all debris, tree branches, rocks, etc., and it must also have 18’ or more of clear height space for all moonbounce inflatables. The moonbounces can be set up on grass, cement and asphalt.
After set-up of your moonbounce inflatable rental, we will go over all safety and operating procedures with you, we will ensure you are well informed and very comfortable operating the equipment before we leave. And if you have any questions during your rental time, we are just a telephone call away.
To ensure all moonbounces and inflatables are always clean and sanitized for all rentals, we clean all moonbounces and on-site upon pick-up. During pick-up, we ask that you allow us an additional 15-20 minutes for cleaning. Thank you!
