We want your event to be fun, exciting and thrilling! By renting from us, we are sure your event will be amazing! However, we ask that you also keep in mind, that safety ALWAYS come first. Moonbounces and inflatables are extremely safe and a lot of fun when utilized properly. Remember adult supervision is required. There should always be an adult monitoring the inflatables at all times. And all machinery should be operated by an adult ONLY.
Safety and operating procedures are sewn or stamped on all rental equipment. Only compatible age groups and sizes should be in the inflatables at the same time. The following is a guideline as to the number of riders that may be on the inflatable bouncer at the same time:

Additional safety procedures will be provided to you on the day of your event. Again, Block Party Amusements want you to get the most excitement out of your rental equipment. This is why we will also provide game ideas, which are to be played in the inflatable bouncers. The game ideas will be a blast for children and adults alike!
RENTAL INFO:
We deliver, set-up and pick-up all equipment. Most equipment is rented for the duration of your event, not to exceed a 5 hour time period, again this is for most, not all, equipment. A minimum delivery fee may apply.
We require a 50% deposit and signed rental agreement in order to secure the date of your event. The remaining balance is due by 4:00pm the day before your event. The credit card used to make a deposit, will be processed for the remaining balance 24 hours before your event. If you are using a different credit card to make payment of the remaining balance, please contact our office with the new credit card information by 4:00p.m. the day before your event, if the remaining payment is not received by 4:00p.m. the day before your event, your rental equipment will not be delivered and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, however, you will be allowed to reschedule for another date within the same rental season calendar year. Please create an account on our website, this will allow you to enter your account and make payment of the remaining balance. If for any reason you cannot make payment of the remaining balance within this timeframe, please contact our office to make alternative arrangements.
The deposit is refundable prior to 7 days of the rental date. After the 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
Methods of payments are Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover. You may also pay with a debit card as long as it has the Visa logo. We only accept checks from corporations and organizations.
Every customer is given a delivery window timeframe for set-up and/or pick-up, regardless of the actual event start and end time. Your rental equipment will arrive to your location no later than 1/2 hour to 1 hour before the start of your event. If you need a specific delivery time, please notify us regarding your specific request, and we will try our best to accomodate you. Most equipment is rented for the duration of your event, however, the alloted time cannot exceed 5 hours for most equipment.
Rental equipment is delivered to the address specified by the lessee / renter (customer). Lessee grants right to enter said property for the delivery and pick-up of equipment no later than 15 minutes before the requested time unless both parties agree upon other arrangements. Have a set up area allotted for the moonbounce before we arrive. Please ensure there will be easy access to your set up area. There must be a power source (electrical outlet) no further than 75 feet from the moonbounce/concession machine location. If there is not an adequate power source, you will need a generator. If you do not rent a generator from Block Party Amusements, the generator you provide must be present and on location upon our arrival to set up your rental equipment. The area should be cleared of all debris, tree branches, pet droppings, etc. There should also be 18’ or more of clear height space for all inflatables. We can set up your rental on grass, cement and asphalt. Slight slopes are not a problem, just as long as it doesn’t exceed more than 8’ over the distance of your rental equipment. We do not take our products up/down steps, hills or steep inclines to set up. If you rent an inflatable and/or party equipment and our delivery team encounters one of these hazards which will impede or prevent set up we will set up in the next best location on the property as determined by our staff. In the event the entire location is unsuitable for set up we will cancel and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, as it is the consumers responsibility to read and know these policies before placing an order. Units can not be set up on your neighbors property or public property without expressed written consent and a signature from the responsible party for that property. During pick-up, a minimum of 15 minutes must be given to the pick-up agent to allow for a preliminary cleaning of the inflatable(s). The equipment should be empty of riders at the requested end of rental time. An additional hour will be charged if the pick-up agent must wait for the equipment to be vacated. All chairs and tables must be folded and stacked together.
Rain Policy: During periods of severe weather conditions (heavy rain or high winds), Block Party Amusements reserve the right to cancel your reservation. No refunds will be given, however, you are entitled to an alternate rain date, which must be reserved by the customer within the same rental season calender year. For the safety of yourself and your guests, and due to increased insurance requirements and regulations we are not allowed to set up in rain, high winds, lightening or situations where the local weather forecast a 40% or more chance of rain or worse. If conditions are not too severe, you will have the option of keeping, rescheduling or canceling your reservation. Please keep in mind, once the equipment arrive at the event, there will be no refunds given.
All refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.
AGAIN, Please Note: The remaining balance is due by 4:00pm the day BEFORE your EVENT. The credit card used to make the deposit will be processed for the remaining balance 24 hours the day before your event. You will receive email confirmation and a receipt upon final payment.
We want you to know where every penny of your money is going, this is why we give a break down of all figures when giving you a rental rate. Please remember there will always be 6% sales tax. The figures you will always receive are:
- Price of rental equipment
- 6% Sales Tax
- 5% Amusement Tax
- Delivery fee (if applicable)
